Similar to Qualatex 18″ – when reaching it’s maximum size, if more air is added, although getting tighter, gets bigger at the same time as well. The neck is wider than that of the Qualatex 18″ and is similar in width to that of Qualatex 24″.

– When balloon pops it doesn’t grip to the skin
– Makes inflated balloons less grippy, while being silk smooth in the deflated state
